Khloe Kardashian’s pre-nuptial agreement with basketball star Lamar Odom entitles her to a staggering sum in case of a divorce.

In case of the pair partying ways, Khloe demanded:

A flat sum of almost 500,000 dollars for every year they were married; 25,000 dollars per month in general support; their new luxurious house and a new luxury car at the end of every lease cycle; 5000 dollars a month for shopping; 1000 dollars for beauty care and courtside Lakers tickets for the Kardashian family.

The couple, who had a grand ceremony last week, are almost on the heels of being officially ‘happily married’ within a month of dating, as their wedding license is expected to be officially filed this week.

The Daily Telegraph quoted an insider as telling RadarOnline: “There is a tremendous amount of love between the two, and that will prevail in the end. It might get rocky at times, but Lamar and Khloe are very much in love.”

Khloe’s sis Kim has also confirmed the marriage.

Khloe walked down the aisle with the Los Angeles Lakers star on Sunday, September 27.

Although not together, Kim Kardashian and ‘90210′ star Jessica Lowndes will be in the same episode to determine who can advance.

Kim Kardashian will get to judge who can commence to the next round on “America’s Next Top Model” this week. The episode where the reality TV star is guest judging is airing on Wednesday, October 21 and how she sits well in the new role has been teased through several promo pics.

The eighth episode will see the remaining girls putting their interviewing skills into test. Guest star Jessica Lowndes, whose pictures are also available, will be sitting on the other end to answer the questions from the contestants on the set of “The Insider”. Also in the episode, the models are surprised to learn that they have to write their own script for their CoverGirl commercials.

After Kara Vincent was eliminated last week, there are seven remaining girls in the competition. Victoria’s Secret Angel Marisa Miller will also become a special guest on the episode airing November 4.

TMZ has learned Kourtney Kardashian’s home has been burglarized.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Kourtney returned to her Calabasas townhome Saturday night at about 8:30 PM and discovered the break-in.

We’re told hundreds of thousands of dollars of jewelry was reportedly taken. The home is in a gated community.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department responded and they are on scene.

We’re also told among the items missing — Kourtney’s Cartier watch worth around $30,000, an expensive Rolex owned by her boyfriend, multiple diamonds including diamond hoops. And, worst of all, she’s missing some vintage jewelry her dad, Robert Kardashian, left her.

We’re told Kourtney had left with her boyfriend at around 7 PM for dinner, returned and discovered the break-in. They found many of the drawers open.

Kim Kardashian may be a kind of person who learns from mistake. In an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine for its November issue, the celebrity socialite reveals she won’t make another raunchy video in addition to her sex tape with former boyfriend Ray J, which was recorded when they were still together. Kim admits she was upset when the raunchy video was released in 2007. Claiming she has learned a lesson from the release of her sex tape, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star states, “I was devastated, but when something negative happens, I pick myself up and move on…and I don’t make the same mistake twice.”

Laker love, Lamar Odom, 29, on Sept. 27 — and the details of the wedding are as head-spinning as their whirlwind romance! The bride wore a Vera Wang gown and was escorted down the aisle by stepdad Bruce Jenner, with sisters Kim and Kourtney at her side, while a 10-piece orchestra played in the background.

There was, of course, no trouble keeping up with the Kardashians this weekend—all of them were at the wedding, along with Ryan Seacrest, Chelsea Handler, Kelly Osbourne, Kobe Bryant, Lara Spencer, Brittny Gastineau and Lala Vasquez.

Kim and Kourtney served as maids of honor, while littler ones Kendall and Kylie Jenner were bridesmaids along with Khadijah Haqq, Malika Haqq and Lauren London. Odom’s close friend and business partner Jamie Sangouthai was his best man. Groomsmen included his new brother-in-law, Rob Kardashian, and Robert Davis, Alex Harris, Lester Knispel and Jeff Schwartz.

Still gleaming on Khloé’s left hand was the 9-carat diamond ring Lamar bought her after a whirlwind courtship that began just this summer when they met at a party. Ironically, before re-signing with the NBA champion Lakers in July, Odom had entertained an offer from the Miami Heat—so he wouldn’t have been playing too far away from the South Beach outpost of Khloé and sister Kourtney’s boutique, Dash, just in case.

Lakers coach Phil Jackson, team general manager Mitch Kupchak and Odom’s fellow pro ballers Luke Walton and Sasha Vujacic were also headed for the big-and-tall table at the black-tie reception following the ceremony.

Prewedding festivities included a luxurious night of dining and spa treatments for Khloé and her gal-pals and a low-key bachelor party for Odom at STK in West Hollywood. A funkier affair at Les Deux had been planned, but the 29-year-old father of two opted for a more sedate dinner with some Laker buddies, Rob Kardashian, Joe Francis and Kourtney’s boyfriend, Scott Disick.

The wedding party further revved up for the big day with a rehearsal dinner last night at The Lobster, a yummy seafood spot in Santa Monica, where the betrothed couple dined on the restaurant’s titular dish.
